Summer camp will be back for the 2005 summer and we are ready for it! The Reno Academic Chess Center will be open for summer camp. Our summer programs are known to be the hottest event for kids in the summer. We will have chess lessons, watch chess movies, and even have a small competition on the last day! The last day also includes a pizza lunch and this is also when we give the kids their very own magnetic chess set!
The Academic Chess summer day camp is a great way for a child to improve their chess. Students hang out with a chess instructor for 4 hours a day three days a week! Students will also be entitled to play online chess with their chess teacher forever! You can't find a deal like this anywhere else. The chess instructor can play up to 200 games on the internet! There is also a chat capability so the instructor can make comments on some of the moves during the game or after. Do not miss an opportunity like this!
The summer day camp will be held at the Reno Academic Chess Center. For more information on where we are located click on the About Us page. A small map is given also to help you find us. The dates for the summer session can be found in our flyer located below. Just print one out and send it to us. You may also sign up online by credit card. If the flyer or online registration links are not available below, it is too early in the year to sign up. Check back with us soon and we will have it up in time for summer!
